Timovi, ali i pojedinci, oni imu\u0107niji, ovaj period, koji za njih traje i preko mjesec dana, provode uglavnom na jugu \u0160panije i Kanarskim ostrvima. Manji timovi iz Evrope se opredjeljuju za nama bli\u017eu i pristupa\u010dniju Istru, Ju\u017enu Dalmaciju ili crnogorsko primorje i na pripremama provode 10-15 dana. Karakter vo\u017enji je uglavnom onakav kakav smo opisali u <a href=\"https:\/\/cybernck.com\/blog\/period-baznih-priprema-za-bicikliste\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\u010dlanku o baznim pripremama za bicikliste<\/a>, dakle &#8211; skupljanje kilometara u kombinaciji s duga\u010dkim konstantnim usponima.<\/p>\n<p>Mada se bicikl vozi individualno, to je timski sport i sjajan je osje\u0107aj biti dio ekipe, me\u0111usobno se upoznavati i dru\u017eiti na ovaj na\u010din. Poseban je do\u017eivljaj ako ste u prilici da kamp provedete uz ne\u0161to ozbiljniju ekipu, kao \u0161to smo 2013. god., kao selekcija Biciklisti\u010dkog saveza RS, imali priliku zajedno da budemo na pripremama s juniorskom i seniorskom ekipom reprezentacije Srbije. Nakon povratka, i\u0161lo se na ru\u010dak, naravno prilago\u0111en biciklistima, zatim odmor, ve\u010dernja \u0161etnja, dru\u017eenje i ve\u010dera. U slu\u010daju izrazito lo\u0161eg vremena, vozili bi se treninzi na <a href=\"https:\/\/cybernck.com\/blog\/ah-taj-famozni-trenazer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">trena\u017eerima<\/a>. Veliki broj entuzijasta, voza\u010da GranFondo-a, naprednih rekreativaca itd., pribjegavaju individualnim trening kampovima na sli\u010dnim lokacijama, eventualno u ne\u0161to kra\u0107em periodu, odnosno od 5 do 10 dana. Voziti se na obali mora van takmi\u010darske, ali i turisti\u010dke sezone &#8211; to je fantasti\u010dan osje\u0107aj i malo ko to ne bi volio da iskusi &#8211; naravno, ako vam \u017eivotni stil, posao i slobodno vrijeme to dozvoljavaju. Dakle, ako ste uspjeli odraditi kakve-takve zimske pripreme i bazne vo\u017enje, a niste u prilici da odete na bazni kamp ili se jednostavno lo\u0161i vremenski uslovi ili nedostatak slobodnog vremena razvuku dublje u ovaj period (\u0161to se i meni znalo desiti) &#8211; mo\u017eete da pribjegnete sljede\u0107oj tehnici.<\/p>\n<p>Odvojite jedan produ\u017eeni vikend za tri spojene vo\u017enje u du\u017eini od 100 do 130 km i bar jednim konkretnim usponom na svakoj od vo\u017enji, voze\u0107i solidan tempo. Nakon toga, slobodno mo\u017eete da potpuno odmorite od bicikla barem dva dana. Kada ponovo nastavite s vo\u017enjama, osjeti\u0107ete da je nastupio skok u baznoj formi. Nakon par lak\u0161ih vo\u017enji poku\u0161ajte u\u0107i u <a href=\"https:\/\/cybernck.com\/blog\/period-baznih-priprema-za-bicikliste\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ranije opisan sistem baznih vo\u017enji<\/a>, gdje \u0107ete imati kra\u0107e intenzivnije vo\u017enje, uz duge tempo vo\u017enje, kako biste se vratili na pravi put :).<\/p>\n<p>Nadam se \u0107e ova kratka pri\u010da, u kombinaciji s konkretnim savjetima, da doprinese rastu motivacije za va\u0161 dalji tok treninga.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bazni trening kamp je ustaljena praksa profesionalaca, ali je ne\u0161to \u0161to mo\u017eemo primijeniti i na sve ostale oblike biciklizma.
